Mushroom Crostini
  • 1/4 sweet onion
  • 1/2 c Blanc du Bois

  • pinch salt
  • pinch pepper
  • 1 T minced garlic
  • mushrooms of your choice
  • goat cheese
  • Loaf sliced Italian Bread
  • fresh basil
Saute in olive oil onions, and garlic. add mushrooms until cooked through.  Sprinkle in spices and add wine. Simmer until reduced by half. 
Toast your bread and put a thick layer of softened goat cheese.  Mound the mushrooms on top and top with sliced basil

Butternut Squash Crouton
  • Butternut

  • Squash

  • Kosher salt

  • Pepper

  • Nutmeg

  • Parmesan

  • Panko

  • Olive oil

Put Butternut squash in your instapot cubed with a cup of water for 6 min and quick release, or steam until soft. Toss in olive oil, spices, Parmesan, and panko. Broil 5 min or until crisp
Serve these as a side, through them on a salad, or put them on your pasta!
