Our Story
TEXAS COUNTRY WINE TASTING
In November 2017, two wine lovers opened to bring the spirit of Texas and hospitality to Sealy, TX. After graduating with degrees in Hotel Restaurant Management, both went into the hospitality industry. Sean then dug further and got his sommelier and later began attending wine making classes at Texas Tech in Fredericksburg. With a strong love for Wine and Texas, Sean and Chelsea started a small tasting room built by hand that opened November 2017. There is plenty of room to go outside, enjoy the country, and play a game of bags. They have 3 kids that all like to help in the wine making process, especially mixing and bottling the wines. We invite you to come out, enjoy our wines, hear a few Texas Wine Stories, and enjoy the watching the chickens and country side.
Did you know Cast Iron is Texas' state cooking vessel

This year we planted our first vines at the winery of a newly patented vine called Camminarie Noir. This vine is Pierces Disease Resistant and can grow in the coastal region. It has 50% Petite Sirah and 25% Cab Sauv.
