Dry Rose- Mourvèdre, Well rounded, Crisp, Strawberry

Diving Deeper- This wine is very dry.  It has Strawberry and cranberry notes.

Like most Roses, this wine gets its color from staying on the grape skins for a short period of time.

Oven-Baked Salmon
  • Fresh Atlantic Salmon
  • Dill
  • Balsamic
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Minced Garlic
  • Orange Slices
Preheat the oven to 425*.  Place the Salmon skin down in a glass pan.  Mix Balsamic, minced Garlic, and chopped Dill.  Season the Salmon with Salt and Pepper and Marinate for an hour in the balsamic mix.  Add the orange slices and bake for 12-14 minutes until Medium Rare.
